How "proven savings" is measured Building
- A live comparison group. A small share of your traffic, 1–5% as you choose, runs exactly as it does today. That measures the real "before" cost and quality, instead of us estimating it.
- When unsure, you win. Savings are computed with a 95% confidence interval and we charge on its lower end.
- A signed receipt for every optimised request. Before price, after price, method and approval. Never your prompt. Verifiable offline.
- No unearned credit. Provider price cuts, your own changes and caching you already had never count as our savings.
- Quality guarantee. A request that got worse has its saving removed and its fee refunded; repeated problems switch the route off.
- Checked against your invoice. If our meter and your provider's bill differ by more than 1%, we bill on the lower figure.
- Disputes. Flag any receipt; anything we cannot prove is decided in your favour.
