The waitlist
When you join, we store: your email address, the monthly-spend band and main model if you choose to give them, the page you joined from, a referral code, who referred you (if anyone), when you joined and confirmed, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address used only to stop abuse.
We use this to confirm your place, send you GIMBIX updates and early access, and understand who GIMBIX is for. We never sell it or share it for advertising. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete everything at hello@gimbix.com.
The website
gimbix.com sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or third-party analytics. Fonts and scripts are served from gimbix.com itself.
Where data is kept
Waitlist records are stored in a managed database (Supabase) and emails are sent through our mail provider (ImprovMX). The site is hosted on Vercel.
The product
The GIMBIX savings audit hashes your requests on your own machine; only counts, model names and fingerprints leave it. Product terms and a data processing agreement come with every pilot.
